Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and optimize media campaigns across various channels including Facebook, Google, Youtube, and Display Advertising
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement media strategies that align with business goals
• Analyze and interpret data to make strategic decisions about media spend, targeting, and messaging
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in media buying and planning
• Manage budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
• Work collaboratively with designers and other team members to ensure that creative assets and messaging work together seamlessly
• Prepare, Share and Monitor report on the performance of media campaigns, and make recommendations for improvements
• Deliver Training Sessions on Media Buying and Help Mentees to improve their Campaign Performance
  
  

Competencies:

• Proven experience as a media buyer, with a track record of driving results through media campaigns
• Strong understanding of media channels including Facebook, Google, Youtube and Display Advertising
• Experience with media planning and buying tools & software
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
